Murcia Bike Hire are offering a new service for guided ride from the following locations: Murcia, Los Alcázares, Mar Menor, La Manga, Torre de la Horadada, Cartagena, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuña.
The above examples of our rides during the past 12 months are a guide on locations that we operate. Guiding has been offered to customers when using our bike hire services, but it is not limited to this.
Guided Ride – Cabeza de la Plata
On arrival at the Mar Menor Golf Resort, we greet the customer and prepare for our ride. This afternoon the sun is shining and our planned route is a 60km ride up to the Cabeza de la Plata. The route will take us through many small villages and along quiet country lanes, and is a favourite. Mainly because our destination provides great views towards Murcia and down to the coastal shores of the Mar Menor.
This guided ride was planned for around 3 hours with a coffee stop and our elevation gain was just over 400m. This is a very leisurely ride and definitely one that all levels of cyclist would enjoy.
Starting Point – The Mar Menor Golf Resort
The Mar Menor Golf Resort is a great location to stay with fantastic onsite facilities including supermarket, bars and restaurants. But for us its not just about the resort, its important to know about easy access to the coast and tourist interests. We think this resort provides cyclists with safe access to many rides through the rolling scenery of the Murcia region.
