Beyond Albatera the road tilts gently skyward, offering a steady 4–5 km rise that tops out around 240 m with wide views across the fertile plain. A rolling section along the Sierra de Crevillent eases you towards Cox and Callosa de Segura before you cruise back to the coast via quiet lanes and the Segura riverbank greenway.
