The summer season is well underway after a busy winter and spring for our cycling holidays and carbon road bike businesses. So what better way to motivate us for the coming months than to be recognised by TripAdvisor for the “Travellers Choice Award 2024”.
Since taking ownership of Murcia Bike Hire in October 2018, we have made many changes to our business, from the regular investment in new carbon road bikes, cycling holiday packages, GPX route downloads, and much more!!
We take great pleasure in chatting with our customers about their needs and gaining opinion on the current service and potential developments.
We never considered that we would be here having achieved such outstanding customer/ tourism recognition for a 5th year running, which is both humbling and is truly amazing.
A huge thank you to all our fantastic customers for your support and encouragement, with the feedback we receive from you. This goes a long way to inspiring us to continually improve our business, services and strive to offer new products.
The “Travellers’ Choice Award” recognises businesses that consistently deliver great service, which makes “Murcia Bike Hire and Murcia Cycling Holidays” part of an exclusive group, ranking among the top 10% of worldwide tourism businesses on TripAdvisor.
As you can imagine will be celebrating this great achievement as a family, but definitely won’t forget about the most important people (our customers), as without you this wouldn’t be happening.
