EuroVelo 8 Mediterranean Route

As we get into the summer cycling season, we at Murcia Bike Hire are looking towards another new adventure. This new adventure is the launch of our EuroVelo 8 – Cycling Holiday Packages. Grace Barnott Palin (Editor in Chief) of Bike Magazine has published an article based on a Blog post that was originally added to our MBH Blog at the beginning of June,

We have launched our cycling package holidays. These have generated an interest in the region of Murcia for cycling clubs and groups from across Europe. So we are now introducing extra packages. These packages include the EuroVelo 8 – Mediterranean route. This route goes through both the Murcia and Alicante provinces.

Our article is in the July 2021 issue of Bike Magazine. It is entitled “EuroVelo 8 – Mediterranean Route.” You can find it from page 90 to 98. We are excited to see our MBH Blog go to print again. We hope that this will inspire many individuals. We also hope that it will encourage cycling clubs. We want them to take the plunge and explore the region of Murcia. This region is one of Spain’s hidden cycling gems.
